The Golf Business & Industry Convention GolfBIC 2013

The UK Golf Course Owners Association (UKGCOA) and The Organisation of Golf & Range Operators (OGRO) would be delighted if you can join them for the Second GolfBIC at the Marriott Forest of Arden – 11th and 12th March 2013, one of the most relevant and enjoyable fixtures on the golf industry calendar.

As a member of either OGRO, UKGCOA or BGIA, the event costs just £195 + VAT to attend and to register just email colin@ogro.org.

The fee includes: buffet lunch on day one, dinner, pre-dinner drinks and accommodation with breakfast on a single room basis at The Marriott Forest of Arden. Access to the exhibition, all seminars, the workshops on day two are also included.

The event has changed substantially since last year and the exhibition has been condensed into one day, with the bulk of the presentations also taking place on the first day. Day two is devoted to more detailed and specific work and there are a number of specialist workshops scheduled on the second morning. These will involve a smaller group and get into each subject in more depth. There will also be an opportunity to play golf or enjoy the other facilities of the resort with friends and colleagues if you wish.

The design of the event is to give all delegates the maximum opportunity to network with other golf course, resort and range owner-operators and others within the golf industry over the two days of the event. There is a selection of excellent speakers and a wide ranging table-top exhibition, which will run throughout the event.

The event runs from the morning of Monday 11th March and a great turn out is expected for the dinner in the evening, with money once again bein raised for the Golf Foundation.

For PGA professionals the event carries 50 CPD points – 25 points for each day’s attendance. Please ensure that you let us have your PGA number to ensure that you are credited with the points.
